• Violation of any term within this Agreement.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Holding more than one account.
• Failure to meet KYC verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

Members may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting the situ88 customer support team. Before the account is closed, all active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled, or the relevant bonuses will be forfeited. Any valid cash balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

09 Liability Limits and Disclaimer
